Job Description

• Prepare and anticipate interventions by ensuring the availability of equipment, implants and necessary devices according to the operated specialties
• Ensure precise, smooth and safe instrumentation throughout the interventions
• Actively participate in varied surgeries, with particularly rich activity in orthopaedics and neurosurgery
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, sterility and patient safety protocols
• Contribute to the quality and efficiency of the operating theatre organisation
• Collaborate in a caring and professional team spirit with all participants

Qualifications

• A diploma as a surgical instrument nurse or TSO
• Versatility for all types of specialties (orthopaedic surgery and neurosurgery an asset)
• Excellent adaptability and sense of priorities
• Availability, rigour and flexibility
• Sense of responsibility
• Good stress resistance
• Oral and written French language skills
