Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a TSO or operating theatre instrument technician.
As a theatre nurse instrument technician, you will be at the heart of the operating theatre, a place where every action counts. Your responsibilities will be varied and rewarding, including assisting surgeons and medical staff during medical procedures.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing and organising all instruments necessary for operations, ensuring their sterility and proper use.
• Ensuring patient safety by maintaining an uninterrupted sterile chain.
• Collaborating with the surgical team to anticipate their needs and ensure smooth progress of procedures.
• Actively participating in preparation and debriefing meetings for operations.
• Contributing to the training of new team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.

This position requires great attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to work under pressure to guarantee superior quality care.

You must demonstrate great precision, adaptability, and be able to manage emergency situations calmly and effectively.
