MISSION DESCRIPTION
EXPECTED PROFILE

Within the accounting department, you will work on varied mandates related to institutional clients and trust activities:
- Management of accounting for trust mandates
- Participation in assignments related to real estate accounting for institutional clients
- Monitoring payments, bank reconciliations and management of debtors/creditors
- Complete management of company accounts (LLC, PLC, cooperatives) up to closing
- Preparation of quarterly, semi-annual and annual closings
- Participation in the continuous improvement of accounting processes
- Various administrative and accounting support
EXPECTED PROFILE
- University or accounting training
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience in Switzerland
- Experience gained in a trust company, audit firm or service company
- Good knowledge of Swiss VAT
- Knowledge of the real estate sector: a real asset (condominiums, rents, provisions, etc.)
- Proficiency in common IT tools – Abacus is a plus
- Rigorous, autonomous and organised personality
- Ability to manage several files simultaneously with precision
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and service orientation
