The missions awaiting you:

As Head of the Insurance Training group, you manage a team of 6 specialists, both in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, and directly contribute to the development of Vaudoise employees by:

  • Leading and developing your team through collaborative management focused on coaching and empowerment.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of annual training plans by working closely with the administrative team, HRBPs, and your internal clients.
  • Managing your activities through regular reporting and a constant search for efficiency.
  • Identifying internal needs through regular exchanges with various departments.
  • Developing and enriching the professional training offer by designing, with L&D experts, impactful, innovative, and adapted training concepts and pathways (face-to-face, remote, blended, mentoring, learning community, micro-learning, conferences...).
  • Delivering professional training yourself, notably in insurance (products, intermediate AFA certification, etc.).
  • Developing the pedagogical skills of internal trainers and professional trainers.
  • Representing the Insurance Training entity within Vaudoise and with external organisations (ARFOR, ASA...).

What you bring:

  • Strong knowledge of Life and Non-life insurance
  • Proven expertise in adult education and innovative instructional design
  • Ability to lead strategic training projects
  • Ease in delivering content both face-to-face and remotely

Your profile:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in adult education, ideally in the insurance sector
  • Essential requirement: Excellent command of one of the two languages (FR/DE), with a very good knowledge of the other
  • Proven team management experience of at least 3 years
  • Higher education diploma ideally in the tertiary sector (economics, insurance or equivalent)
