Technical Lead AWS (m/f/d)
For one of our clients in the banking sector in Geneva, we are looking for a Technical Lead AWS (m/f/d).
Your mission
- Ensure the overall technical coherence of the platform (standards, architecture, best practices).
- Unite and align technical teams around a common vision and shared objectives.
- Arbitrate key technical decisions and resolve architectural debates.
- Support the technical transition (modernisation, cloud, evolution of practices).
- Act as a technical reference for teams and stakeholders.
Your profile
- Strong technical expertise, with a solid command of Amazon Web Services cloud.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Architect in complex environments.
- Natural leadership, ability to engage and develop team skills.
- Decisive decision-making and a sense of responsibility in high-stakes contexts, strategic vision and pragmatism to support technical transformations.
- Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
