Your Tasks
- Maintenance and development of continuous customer contact and first point of contact for professional and technical questions
- Ensuring the operational daily business in the area of technical and infrastructural building management in a larger property
- Carrying out maintenance and servicing work inside and outside the building
- Awarding, supervising and monitoring orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while adhering to costs, deadlines and quality standards
- Performing maintenance and minor repairs as well as their complete documentation
- On-call duty readiness (first intervention)
- Ensuring a positive environment on the premises and maintaining communal areas
- Direct contact with customers, subtenants and other contacts on site
- First point of contact for all matters relating to technical building management
Your Profile
- Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or technical or manual vocational training
- Several years of professional experience as a technical caretaker
- Sound technical basic knowledge in HVACSE (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical)
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Very good German skills as well as good user knowledge of MS Office
