What you will achieve

• Manage and lead a team of 35 people in poultry production within the CDP team (chicken grading and cutting).
• Ensure safety and quality standards.
• Monitor yield and productivity data management.
• Coordinate with general planning, other departments and support functions.
• Participate in continuous improvement (Lean).
• Working hours: 1:30 pm to 11:30 pm Monday to Friday, plus about 10 Saturdays per year with flexibility.

What you bring

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialisation: in the food sector or equivalent training. CFC OMA is an advantage.
• Professional experience: 1-2 years experience in a similar position.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Knowledge of the poultry meat industry and industrial processes.
• Very good organisational skills
• Good physical condition.
• Comfortable with IT systems (MS Office) and good SAP knowledge.
• French (B1)
