I stand by what I say.
I make progress visible and share what I learn.

Job Description
How you contribute
In the calibration laboratory in Schönenbuch, you take responsibility for a team that works with high precision, thereby ensuring the quality of our services for customers.
- You lead the calibration laboratory team both professionally and disciplinarily – and support your team in their development.
- In daily laboratory operations, you ensure that orders, priorities, and resources are sensibly coordinated. When necessary, you actively steer and ensure a smooth process.
- Quality is more than a standard for you: You ensure that all requirements – from us and according to ISO 17025 – are consistently adhered to.
- Together with the department management and teams of other calibration laboratories, you ensure that our quality standards are tangible at all locations.
- You distribute tasks purposefully within the team, keep an eye on key performance indicators, and thus ensure transparency. With your commitment, you initiate changes that move us forward together.
- With your eye for processes, you identify where we can become more efficient or customer-oriented – and develop ideas on how we can improve together.
- In direct contact with our customers, you maintain appreciative, solution-oriented communication and thus strengthen long-term partnerships – always close to the operational day-to-day business.
Your Profile
What distinguishes you
- You bring a technical or commercial education, a degree, or a comparable qualification – and ideally experience in an accredited laboratory environment.
- You have already gained insights in service or sales and understand what matters to our customers in the calibration environment.
- Taking responsibility appeals to you: You have either already gained initial leadership experience or want to specifically apply and develop your potential now.
- You approach tasks in a structured and analytical way, keep an overview even with several projects, and make well-founded decisions.
- Communicating clearly and appreciatively comes easily to you. You listen, respond to others, and find pragmatic solutions together with the team and our customers.
- You build trusting, long-term relationships and present yourself confidently and professionally – for you, customer orientation is lived practice.
- With very good English skills, you move confidently in an international environment.
