Mandated by our client, an industry in the canton of Geneva, we are looking for a temporary position of 4 to 6 months for a:
Electrotechnical Support Technician - Machine Projects & Cabling
Your tasks:
- Design and implement support solutions and aerial cable trays between electrical cabinets and production equipment (floor, ceiling or partition supports according to technical constraints).
- Identify material needs, manage orders and ensure supply follow-up: cable trays, fixing systems, power/control/network cables, etc.
- Perform and manage HARTING electrical connections between different equipment, front mounting (cutting, punching), free mounting with appropriate selection of connectors and covers according to usage and current constraints.
- Carry out pulling, installation and labelling of cables between machines in accordance with current electrical standards.
Update electrical diagrams as well as technical documentation after each modification or intervention.
Profile:
Technical training in electrotechnics (Bac Pro, BTS, DUT or equivalent training).
Significant experience in an industrial environment, particularly in machine cabling and technical project follow-up.
Good knowledge of support systems, cable trays and industrial connectors such as HARTING.
Ability to read, modify and update electrical diagrams.
Autonomous, rigorous and solution-oriented person, with a good team spirit.
Electrical authorisations B1V, BR and BC are an advantage
