Located in the Vevey region, between town and countryside, the Cité du Genévrier welcomes adults with intellectual disabilities. Its vocation as a generalist institution in the field of mental disability also offers more specific services.

The socio-professional workshops department of the Cité du Genévrier recently established a training centre that welcomes young adults. To complete our team following a retirement, we are looking for a

Socio-professional Supervisor (M/F) at 80%

Mission

This training centre is located in the centre of St-Légier. It welcomes 9 apprentices and aims to prepare young adults aged 18 to 23 with disabilities to take on adult life. It enables them to acquire and develop skills at professional, social and personal levels. It offers them tailored training which can last up to three years.

Desired Profile

You hold a recognised higher education qualification in the social field and/or specialised schooling, ES or HES level, or a Master’s degree. Additionally, you have confirmed experience in basic or continuing education for young adults with intellectual disabilities. You have completed training related to socio-professional and emotional remediation teaching. You possess didactic and pedagogical skills, notably with the FALC method and assistive digital tools. You are proficient with common IT tools. Autonomous and flexible in organising your work, you enjoy working in a team in a supportive and collaborative manner. You have good interpersonal skills and are solution-oriented. Enthusiastic and positive by nature, you have an interest in network communication.
