A Social Worker (80%) - Fixed-term Contract until 1 September 2027
Salary grade: 7 (this scale applies with validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at grade -1)

Location: Montagny-Prés-Yverdon
What you bring to our mission
You will organise personalised support for each beneficiary, adapted to their situation and their Personal Empowerment Project (PPA) or Individual Integration Project (PII).

With over ten years of experience – first as a social worker, then as a manager of a home for Unaccompanied Minors and social referent – I now hold the position of co-head of the social division.

Your key responsibilities
You are responsible for administrative follow-up and social interviews.
You implement personalised action plans.
You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration.
You coordinate with internal and external partners.
You ensure to provide expertise and advice at the cantonal social desk to guarantee quality support.
Your profile
You hold a Bachelor of Social Work (HES) (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurances.
You have excellent French (spoken and written); proficiency in English or other languages is an asset.
You have a strong interest in the field of migration.
