Our client is a reputable organisation active in insurance and pension brokerage in Switzerland and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Integration within the Occupational Pension Management department;
• Autonomous management of a portfolio of pension funds, according to regulatory and legal provisions;
• Advising and informing clients (insured persons and/or employees) on all aspects related to pensions;
• Responsible for all tasks related to the occupational pension of the insured, from their affiliation to their exit (processing changes, encouragement of home ownership, divorce in occupational pensions, buybacks, etc.);
• Handling work incapacity cases in coordination with the pension fund reinsurer and the client’s human resources;
• Responsible for annual closing tasks, notably reconciliations between management and accounting;
• Collaboration with experts, actuaries, accountants and lawyers;
• Training new colleagues;
• Client and management reporting;
• Participation in the daily life of the office.

Candidate Profile

• Training in pensions and/or insurance;
• Holder of a specialist certificate in social insurance, or the federal specialist certificate in occupational pensions or other equivalent qualification;
• At least 5 years’ experience in occupational pensions in Switzerland;
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
• Very good command of German, both spoken and written;
• English language skills are an asset;
• Highly rigorous, good interpersonal skills, service-oriented, organised and communicative, autonomous and a team player.
