As part of the development and structuring of its controlling function, we are looking for a Senior Management Controller to strengthen a finance team undergoing significant change.

Your tasks:
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget
- Coordinate financial exchanges with various internal departments
- Prepare financial reports and documents for management
- Contribute to the monitoring of internal control and investments
- Participate in projects to improve controlling tools and processes
- Support non-financial stakeholders on budgetary and financial matters

Your profile:
- Higher education in finance, controlling, accounting or equivalent
- Proven experience in controlling or management control
- Knowledge of the public sector is an advantage
- Fluency in French is essential, good level of German required
- Ease in complex environments requiring coordination and management of significant information
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to simplify financial topics for non-specialist stakeholders
- Curious, proactive and collaborative personality
