What you can contribute

• handle interdisciplinary issues related to the implementation of health insurance legislation
• monitor the implementation of quality development measures within the meaning of arts. 58 et seq. LAMal, in particular by participating in the development of conceptual and strategic bases for quality development, reviewing quality agreements and preparing their approval by the Federal Council
• ensure the financing processes for the tasks and operation of the Federal Commission for Quality; verify its objectives and annual reports
• monitor the implementation of the obligation to pass on benefits provided for in art. 56, para. 3, let. b, and para. 3bis, LAMal, in particular by participating in the control of compliance with this obligation
• collaborate on legislative files and draft reports and opinions on quality development and benefit repercussion

What makes you unique

• university degree (master's), ideally in business economics or economics
• good knowledge of health insurance legislation and the Swiss health system; interest in data analysis
• writing skills, strong taste for analytical and conceptual approaches
• ability to work independently and in a structured manner, above-average sense of responsibility, team spirit and communication skills
• active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third
