What you accomplish

• Implementation of the Migros logistics safety concept at the Ecublens site in accordance with the Migros operational group solution and MSST guidelines
• Identification of risks and planning of actions in logistics processes
• Analysis of occupational accidents and near misses for their causes and implementation of accident prevention measures
• Organisation and implementation of training and prevention campaigns
• Conducting regular audits
• Management and implementation of technical projects in terms of costs, deadlines and quality, from initiation, planning to implementation and project completion.
• Regular exchanges with all Migros Logistics sites.

What you bring

• Education: Bachelor (university/university of applied sciences)
• Specialisation: Technical
• Professional experience: 3 years in Safety and projects
• Strong analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented thinking skills
• Structured and systematic working style
• A team-oriented, open and communicative personality, with self-confidence and an authentic appearance
• German (A2)
