Bridges and Roads Service (SPCH) - Maintenance Office (OENT)
The OENT of the SPCH is responsible for ensuring the viability and sustainability of the road network in the canton of Neuchâtel, guaranteeing and improving user safety as well as planning and carrying out road development and heavy maintenance works.

Your tasks
As part of your role within division 1 of the OENT, you will carry out, as part of a team, various roadworks such as maintenance of road surfaces and green spaces, snow clearance and salting of roads during the winter period, as well as minor civil engineering and masonry works. You will also contribute to the maintenance of watercourses by working on their banks and the structures located there.
Other tasks may complement your activity, including maintenance and works around the buildings used by the service.

Your profile
You have experience in civil engineering works or maintenance related to green spaces.
You enjoy outdoor activities and demonstrate a true team spirit, while adapting to variable hours, especially during the winter period.
Comfortable with the demands of an on-call service, you know how to make decisions when necessary.
Good physical condition is essential, with a medical examination planned before your appointment.
You hold a category B and BE driving licence.
Living close to the workplace, you can respond quickly if needed.
