MISSION DESCRIPTION
EXPECTED PROFILE

- You will ensure the technical and operational management of the relevant region
- You will retain the existing client portfolio and actively contribute to the commercial development of the region (resellers and end customers)
- You will support and lead a sales team
- You will be responsible for resource planning and budgeting
- You will ensure coordination with headquarters and report to the national sales director
EXPECTED PROFILE
- With solid experience as a sales manager
- Good knowledge of the French-speaking construction sector and building trades
- Native French speaker with good knowledge of German
- Entrepreneurial with a strong commercial sense and excellent interpersonal skills
- Mobile and residing in French-speaking Switzerland
