On behalf of one of our clients, an established player in the real estate sector in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Real Estate Accountant for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Your tasks:
- Prepare heating and management cost statements for a portfolio of buildings.
- Check the consistency of accounting data necessary for preparing the statements.
- Perform adjustments, analyses and verifications of accounts related to the buildings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the quality and reliability of the statements.
- Participate in various administrative and accounting tasks related to property management.

Your profile:
- Proven experience in real estate accounting, ideally gained within a property management company or a similar environment.
- Excellent command of heating and management cost statements.
- Mandatory proficiency in the GARAIO REM software.
- Good ease with common IT tools.
- Autonomous, rigorous, organised personality with an excellent sense of priorities.

Temporary assignment of 6 months until the end of December 2026.
Start date: as soon as possible.
