MISSION DESCRIPTION

- Ensure quality management in the workshop and handle Non-conformities.
- Lead problem-solving approaches (such as 8D or QRQC).
- Ensure stock security and manage the follow-up of quarantined parts.
- Create and adapt monitoring plans, ranges and control methods based on product & process risk analyses.
- Participate in product/process audits.
- Propose and participate in multidisciplinary continuous improvement projects.
- Adapt control methods and tooling if necessary by providing methodological support to operators.
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Swiss HES engineer or ES technician training oriented towards quality or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Quality tools (8D, QRQC, SPC, audit, FMEA, document management…).
- Knowledge of machining, manufacturing and mechanical assembly processes.
- Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Rigour, autonomy, synthesis skills.
- Team spirit, adaptability, customer orientation.
