Certified Watchmaker
Several years of experience within a watchmaking manufacture.
Experience or strong interest in team management and support.

Excellent communication and listening skills.
Open-mindedness, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility.
Organisation, rigour, and the ability to take initiative. Supervise watch testing activities and ensure their proper functioning
Support, assist, and train operators in their tasks
Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and deadlines.
Manage tools and consumables necessary for the activity.
Participate in employee evaluations and contribute to their development by taking part in interviews and discussions.
Act as a close liaison, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
