As part of the modernisation of the Group HR information system, you manage the migration project of the current tool to SuccessFactors. You also support the HR Director on various topics and projects.

Desired profile

  • Higher education in human resources and project management.
  • Strongly project/digital transformation oriented, experience as an HR Manager is an asset
  • Excellent command of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
  • Comfortable with numbers and very good Excel skills.
  • Analytical and synthetic mind, autonomy, rigour and precision.
  • Good team spirit and stress resistance.
  • Excellent command of French and English.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead the migration project from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors respecting budget, deliverables and deadlines.
  • Coordinate the various project stakeholders (integrator, IT, BPO, local HR).
  • Ensure the reliability, consistency and quality of HR data and monitor it.
  • Keep the overall organisational structure up to date.
  • Provide support to local HR on global HR processes and system usage. - Support change management for the system’s various users.
  • Identify areas for optimisation of HR processes in collaboration with the HR Director.
  • Participate in various Group projects.
  • Reports and analyses on various Group HR topics.
