Our client is a well-known management company in the area.

They have commissioned us to recruit an experienced Property Manager.

The position is located in the Lausanne region.

Responsibilities

Your main duties are:

- Managing a portfolio for institutional clients, consisting of commercial premises and residential housing

- Supporting a Management Assistant

- Administrative and technical management of the portfolio

- Direct contact with owners

- Inventory of fixtures, handling disputes and overseeing necessary works

- Drafting commercial and residential leases

- Reporting

Candidate Profile

- Federal Certificate of Property Manager is an ASSET

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager in Switzerland MANDATORY

- Experience in managing commercial premises required

- Good technical knowledge
