The service develops and finances outpatient care for children and guarantees the well-being of placed children while financially supporting extrafamilial care structures and specialised education institutions.

Your missions
You join the team of project managers in the personnel and strategic projects sector (PPS), within which you lead and implement projects related to the various missions of SPAJ, mainly within the framework of developing the future public policy for childhood and youth (PEJ).Under the supervision of the head of the youth, childhood and parenting unit (UJEP) and the head of the child protection office (OPE), you ensure the operational and cross-functional coordination of all work related to this strategic mandate. As such, you structure and write key deliverables such as the preliminary draft, constitutional anchoring, policy report, initial bill draft as well as summaries and briefing notes intended for decision-making bodies, integrating the results of consultations. You analyse political and field issues to ensure the relevance of the proposed measures. Furthermore, you play a central liaison role between the various project bodies and with external partners. While coordinating exchanges with the mandate holder responsible for consultations, you organise, prepare, lead and ensure rigorous follow-up of working groups and sessions necessary for the success of the project.

Your profile
Holder of a higher education degree in political science, law, social work or an equivalent field, you have at least five years of proven experience in managing legislative, institutional or strategic projects. Specific experience in the field of childhood and youth is a major asset. You master legal and political writing, possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills, and communicate with ease with a variety of interlocutors.
