Alpenda is a General and Total Contractor company headquartered in Tolochenaz (VD). The company has more than 200 employees and accumulates 80 years of experience in French-speaking Switzerland and the canton of Bern. Your working environment:

The Operations Management is responsible for the construction phase of all Alpenda SA projects. It ensures that the required level of quality, safety, environmental standards, deadlines and budgets is met. Our specialised teams work on a variety of projects, ranging from new builds to renovations, both residential and functional, with recognised expertise in high-end projects. We are committed to providing personalised support to our clients while maintaining high standards of satisfaction, transparency and expertise.

Project Assistant (M/F)


Your responsibilities and tasks:

  • You are the first point of contact for employees and subcontractors and contribute to the optimal execution of the project through overall administrative management of the site
  • You prepare contracts for subcontractors and agents and carry out systematic invoice checks and payments to subcontractors
  • You perform regular correspondence, archiving and filing tasks
  • You manage the general administration of the site (storekeeping, office management...)
  • You keep directories up to date such as address lists, clients, suppliers
  • You organise and participate in events such as groundbreaking ceremonies, site celebrations, inaugurations, team-building activities


Why not you?

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or have equivalent training
  • You have at least 3 years of proven experience in administrative management and/or property management and/or tenant mediation
  • You have already worked in the construction field or are passionate about this world
  • You are proficient with common IT tools
  • You are organised, rigorous and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to anticipate, manage priorities and make decisions
  • You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, strong negotiation ability and clear communication, facilitating collaboration with diverse stakeholders
  • You live in French-speaking Switzerland and are willing to travel to various sites in the canton of Vaud
