Responsibilities

• Integration within the structure;
• Professional Liability Underwriting;
• Risk analysis;
• Comparative tables;
• Technical and administrative management of the insurance portfolio;
• Interface with brokerage & partners;
• Issuance of insurance policies;
• Monitoring of the insurance portfolio;
• Reporting & compliance;
• Client and management reporting;
• Participation in the daily life of the office.

Candidate Profile

• Training in insurance (AFA, Federal Diploma or equivalent);
• Additional training in risk management or insurance law is an asset;
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of professional experience in Professional Liability underwriting;
• Experience in an MGA environment or specialised insurance highly appreciated;
• Knowledge of the Swiss market (notably liberal professions / SMEs);
• Strong interest in corporate insurance lines;
• Mastery of Professional Liability mechanisms (claims made, retroactivity, aggregates, exclusions, etc.);
• Reading and understanding of contractual wording (general conditions);
• Basic actuarial analysis (interpretation of ratios, claims trends);
• Excellent command of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and management tools;
• Excellent command of the French language;
• Good command of the English language;
• Analytical and structured mindset;
• Rigour and reliability;
• Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility;
• Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial approach;
• Good interpersonal skills.
