We are looking for a Printer

Permanent contract via Manpower
Daytime / extended / 2x8 shifts

Tasks :

• Setting up and operating a production press for printed packaging, applying digital technology combined with conventional flexographic printing processes.
• Conducting print tests and guiding internal clients in the development of printed packaging materials.
• Managing the operation of the press and printing processes to achieve the best print and finishing quality.
• Coordinating the activities and tasks of assistants during start-up adjustments, production, and cleaning.
• Updating and maintaining documentation such as print reports, work instructions, and traceability documents.
• Evaluating, developing, and proactively implementing process improvements in a new manufacturing environment.
• Interacting with suppliers and external resources to identify appropriate solutions and risk analysis, striving to maintain continuous improvement.
• Promoting and applying Philip Morris safety, health, and environmental rules.
• Taking necessary corrective actions to improve and achieve objectives, prevent accidents, and reduce environmental impact.

Profile:

• Certificate in the Graphic Industry with 2-5 years of experience in the field.
• Practical experience in flexographic or offset printing, including finishing.
• Knowledge of prepress software.
• French
• Good knowledge of English would be a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
