Description
- Bachelor of Engineering HES or ES technician in mechanics/project management or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role, in an industrial environment, in the field of mechanical construction
- Mastery of lean tools
- English level B1
- Good leadership, negotiation, communication and listening skills
- Coordinate development projects under your responsibility, from the development request to the validation of the pilot series, according to the established product creation process
- Meet objectives in terms of budget, quality and performance of the new product, according to the specifications
- Establish and monitor planning according to critical chain principles
- Organise and lead project team meetings using appropriate techniques (Brainstorming, FMEA, plan review)
