- Holder of a joiner qualification or an equivalent recognised training
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in fitting large doors, French doors and windows
- Swiss resident
- Clean Swiss criminal record
- Proficient in reading plans and technical documents
- Excellent knowledge of fitting and adjustment techniques
- Experience in new builds and renovations
- Sense of responsibility and pride in a job well done
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
