You must ensure the supply of raw materials and components necessary for production, monitor suppliers and ensure the reliability of administrative, logistical and accounting flows related to purchases.

Order and supplier management:

• Launch and follow up on calls for tenders according to production needs.
• Establish comparisons and analyse supplier offers.
• Create and validate purchase orders in the ERP.
• Ensure order placement and regular monitoring of deliveries.
• Maintain active communication with suppliers to guarantee deadlines are met.
• Check and validate supplier and transport invoices in the ERP.
• Forward documents to the Finance department for processing.
• Management of supplier non-conformities

Establish and manage return logistics documents in case of non-conformity:

• Coordinate shipments in liaison with the Sales Administration Department (ADV)
• Ensure follow-up of supplier files until resolution
• Ensure traceability of exchanges and decisions made

Reconciliation and accounting monitoring of materials:

• Perform monthly reconciliation of material accounts, especially precious metals.
• Verify consistency between internal data and supplier statements.
• Identify, analyse and justify any discrepancies.
• Ensure the reliability of information transmitted to management.

Production waste management:

• Organise the transfer of metal waste to approved foundries:
• Monitor quantities sent, loss rates and material returns.
• Analyse discrepancies between weights sent, processed and recovered.
• Keep tracking tables up to date and ensure reporting.

Logistical and administrative support:

• Participate in physical inventories and monitoring of parts entrusted to suppliers.
• Ensure monitoring of entries, returns and discrepancies.
• Provide support to the Sales Administration Department for customs declarations.

• Commercial or logistical training (CFC commercial employee, supply chain or equivalent)
• Proven experience in purchasing in an industrial environment
• Desired experience in managing sensitive materials (metals, technical components)
• Mastery of purchasing processes
• Good knowledge of logistical and administrative flows
• Proficiency in an ERP (Pro Concept or equivalent)
• Excellent command of Excel
• Good level of professional English required
