Prototype Polymachinist (m/f)
- Certified micromechanic / polymachinist, or equivalent training
- Proven experience in CNC machining in a high-precision environment
- Good knowledge of Willemin-Macodel machines
- Mastery of 3, 4 and 5-axis machining, plan reading and use of CAM
- Experience in watchmaking or microtechnical field, ideally on casing or movement components
- Autonomous, rigorous, proactive personality with good team spirit
- Experience in grinding, lapping and satin finishing = an asset
- Knowledge of GibbsCAM software = an asset
- Machine watch components in single pieces or small series
- Ensure programming, adjustment and start-up on CNC machining centres, notably on Willemin-Macodel machines
- Work on 3, 4 and 5-axis machining and optimise existing programmes
- Provide essential technical support for the development of new products, in close collaboration with the technical office
- Guarantee the quality of produced parts by rigorous tolerance monitoring, in-process controls and continuous improvements
- Actively participate in optimising machining methods, cycle times and process reliability
