Profile:

  • Mandatory hotel training in reception or deemed equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, usher/concierge in a luxury hotel, financial institution or gourmet restaurant
  • Solid experience in Food & Beverage (restaurant, catering or high-end room service)
  • Proficient in Windows Office Suite
  • Comfortable using audiovisual technical equipment provided in conference rooms.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills
  • Strong sense of service and high-end client relations
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Fluent French and English essential; another language is an asset
  • Residence in Switzerland mandatory (B / C permit or nationality)

  • Welcome demanding clients with professionalism and discretion
  • Manage reservation requests and room occupancy schedules and optimise their planning
  • Take orders, prepare and serve requested drinks.
  • Prepare documents and ensure the proper functioning of technical equipment (video conferencing) before clients arrive in the lounges.
  • Answer internal and external telephone calls.
  • Manage mail addressed to the office team.
  • Perform certain administrative tasks (ordering brochures, equipment, photocopies, etc.)
  • Occasionally ensure reception and service during evening events.
