Neapolitan Pizzaiolo
- Federal VET Diploma or equivalent
- Good interpersonal skills
- Own transport
- More than 5 years experience required in Italy
- Leadership skills
- Available immediately
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
- Empathetic
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
- Preparation of dough with Italian flour
- Knowledge of Neapolitan cuisine required
- Management of a workstation and baking in a wood-fired oven.
