Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Assembly Methods Manager
As part of the development of its activities, our client is seeking an Assembly Methods Manager to oversee the industrialisation, optimisation and structuring of the assembly activities of its machines.
Permanent contract - 100% rate
Methods Manager - Machine Tool Assembly (M/F)
Desired profile:
- Higher technical education, with Green / Black Belt certification
- Proven experience in industrial methods, ideally in assembly
- Good knowledge of Lean Management
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and structuring skills
- Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented personality
- Ability to unite their team (3 people) around common goals
