Ice Cream Maker M/F/X
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Artisanal ice cream production
- Training, diploma in pastry
- Fluent French (spoken and written)
- Availability during weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- Good stress management
- Preparation and weighing of raw materials according to technical sheets
- Operation of production machines (pasteurisers, ice cream turbines)
- Packaging, labelling and storage of finished products
- Cleaning, disinfecting work tools and maintaining workshop cleanliness (HACCP standards)
- Visual and taste quality control of products
