-Care assistant certification (AFP, Red Cross or equivalent qualification).
-Driving licence and personal vehicle essential.
-Autonomy, discretion and punctuality.
-Good interpersonal skills with elderly or dependent persons.
-Experience in CMS or home care is a major advantage.
-Provide basic and hygiene care at patients' homes.
-Support beneficiaries in carrying out daily living tasks.
-Promote the maintenance of autonomy at home.
-Work closely with nurses and families.
-Manage travel and adhere to the intervention schedule.
