Val Fleuri, a living place (EMS), is a medicalised residence with 208 beds that welcomes people weakened by age and illness. Our nursing care, hospitality, dietetics, administration, sociocultural animation and social reception services are made up of multidisciplinary teams, committed, qualified and trained professionals who support our elderly in an adapted, secure and pleasant structure. Within this framework, we offer numerous activities for the residents.
According to the project of our establishment and its values, we are looking for our Care sector, as soon as possible:
SOCIO-EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANTS AT 100% (attached to the care service)
Your mission :
- Participate in the support process defined with our residents and their relatives and ensure their care and support through constant assistance;
- Provide basic and hygiene care adapted and personalised to the residents and contribute to the development of care quality;
- Encourage and energise their integration into the social and cultural life of the establishment and develop quality relationships between the residents and their relatives and caregivers;
- Participate in the life of the team, its organisation and work interdisciplinarily with other sectors of the establishment;
- Communicate and transmit all useful information for the care of the resident;
- Prepare and lead animation activities in the unit, defined by the team;
- Prepare, manage and monitor group or individualised activities of your unit;
- Carry out your duties during daytime hours, with the necessary flexibility to adapt to the needs of the residents and the requirements of support, while ensuring an active presence within the unit and close collaboration with the various stakeholders of the establishment.
Your profile:
- You hold a federal certificate of capacity as a socio-educational assistant or an equivalent recognised qualification;
- You master spoken, read and written French;
- You have an interest in working with elderly people and have several years of proven experience in EMS;
- You have knowledge in supporting elderly people with cognitive disorders;
- You maintain relationships marked by respect and understanding and have a positive and collaborative attitude within teams.
