You will join a team dedicated to quality care and the well-being of residents in nursing homes and/or home care services. You will be responsible for:
- Providing varied care (routine care, specific techniques, personalised support).
- Actively participating in the development and monitoring of projects and individualised care.
- Ensuring compassionate communication with residents, their families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensuring the application of care and hygiene protocols.
