Desired profile:

• Higher education in engineering or deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in project management and leadership in an industrial sector (e.g.: special machinery, automation, mechanics, semiconductors...)
• Proven managerial skills: leadership, listening, organisation and team spirit
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, ERP...) and associated methodologies
• Leadership, proactivity, vision
• Languages: fluent French, English and German

You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of project managers. You will be accountable to General Management for the proper conduct of projects, client satisfaction and the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.


Main responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate and support project managers in managing their assignments
• Define priorities, allocate resources and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality
• Participate in defining project development strategies and their implementation
• Ensure communication with various stakeholders: clients, suppliers, internal departments
• Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvement plans
• Provide technical and methodological support to project managers
