- Strong experience in supply chain management within a
manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional and multi-site projects
- English >C1, international mindset required
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems using
data
- Experience in planning processes (demand, material, production)
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and supply chain data
- Structured, pragmatic and results-oriented working style
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects
(e.g. S&OP, order fulfilment, logistics, digital tools, ...)
- Translate strategic objectives into structured action plans and measurable results
- Promote standardisation of supply chain processes across all
plants while considering local constraints
- Improve planning performance, material availability and delivery reliability
- Early risk identification and implementation of proactive mitigation plans
- Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards and performance indicators
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across global sites and functions
- Ensure sustainable implementation of new processes and tools
