French-German Alarm Centre Operator
- Commercial or technical CFC
- Bilingual French - Swiss German / German essential, minimum C1
- Availability at night and on weekends to ensure the best supervision, i.e. 24/7
- Very good IT skills and comfortable with current technologies
- Sense of responsibility, decision-making spirit, calm, courteous, autonomous and responsible
- Ability to work quickly but accurately
- Excellent stress resistance
- Consistent performance in an environment with a constant workload
- Impeccable morality (clean criminal record, no prosecutions)
- Manage alarms as an operator in their security centre
- Receive and process various alarms (burglary, technical, assault, fire)
- Inform and deploy intervention agents and/or official emergency services according to defined procedures
- Work as a team to ensure optimal 24/7 service to various clients, in accordance with alarm handling standards and processes
- Handle various administrative tasks (file creation, archiving, etc.)
