Your challenge:

• Responsible for leading a small team of 2-6 people
• Direct contact person on site
• You make decisions together with the site management and the managing director
• You are happy to lend a hand and are always a support for your team

Your background:

• You have foreman or site foreman training or bring many years of professional experience
• You hold a driving licence
• Organisation is one of your strengths
• You are resilient, flexible, communicative and a team player
• Your mother tongue is German or French (knowledge of Italian would be a plus) with good knowledge of the other language
• You want to work at least 3 months a year
• You are also willing to work beyond your retirement age.
