Estimator / Civil Engineering Technician (M/F)
Your profile
- Training as a ES Technician, site manager, engineer
- Experience considered equivalent in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in bid calculation and site management
- Perfect command of common IT tools as well as MS Project, Baubit and Autocad
- Sense of organisation and responsibility
- Team spirit, autonomy and rigour
Calculation 70%
- Prepare tenders and price offers
- Analyse tender documents
- Carry out measurements and cost calculations
- Consult and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Develop technical variants and optimise costs
Civil Engineering Technician 30%
- Technical and administrative monitoring of construction sites
- Coordination with clients, site management and partners
- Participation in site meetings
- Control of work progress and respect of deadlines
- Support to field teams
