To complement our civil engineering group that supports project teams in the construction of high-voltage installations, we are looking for, at our Morges site, a
CIVIL ENGINEERING AND BUILDING TECHNICIAN (m/f) 80-100%
Profile
- Diploma as a site manager or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in project studies and site management (structural and finishing works), ideally complemented by a CAS in project management.
- Comfortable with IT tools, knowledge of Autocad, Messerli and BIM software (Revit).
- Organisational skills, autonomy and precision.
- Flexibility, availability and team spirit.
- Customer-oriented, easy contact and negotiation skills.
- Driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Carry out project study and site management tasks in the building and civil engineering fields to provide internal or external clients with reliable, functional and safe structures and constructions.
- Conduct project studies by preparing various layout options.
- Draw up project, execution and detail plans.
- Evaluate construction costs, carry out calls for tenders and compare offers.
- Manage and monitor works in terms of technical, financial and scheduling aspects.
