- Targeted and personalised advice on individual and collective pension solutions
- Advice in the mortgage sector as well as in investments
- Customer loyalty and development of your own client portfolio
- Acquisition of new clients to ensure the growth of your region’s portfolio
- Placement of other AXA group products (non-life, health)
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to your position, supported by the entire AXA structure and modern monitoring tools
Your skills and talents
- With a professional diploma, you have initial experience in the service sector (advice and sales); experience in the personal insurance sector is welcome
- Your knowledge of the service, insurance or banking sector as well as your undeniable affinity for financial and pension products are necessary
- Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in dealing with others; you seek solutions for your clients and know how to adapt to any situation
- Your working method is autonomous and goal-oriented
- Your home must be located in the relevant activity area; you have a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in the region
- You are proficient in French or German, both spoken and written; any other language is an advantage
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
