- experience in a gastronomic establishment or catering
- easily and quickly adapts to the existing team
- keen sense of organisation and teamwork
- passionate, curious and great attention to detail
- You have at least a Swiss Federal VET Diploma in cooking and several years of experience
- Be autonomous in your workstation (hot/cold)
- Able to work for prestigious clients
- Respect for standards and technical sheets
- Strict application of HACCP standards
- Contribution to the creative dynamic of the establishment
- work in split or continuous shifts depending on needs
- Preparation of mise en place
- Ensure live cooking service (in front of the client)
