Care Assistants
- Recognised care assistant qualification (CFC, Red Cross certificate or equivalent).
- Confirmed prior experience in a nursing home in Switzerland.
- Ability to adapt quickly and team spirit.
- Sense of responsibility and empathy.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Provide hygiene and comfort care to residents.
- Participate in meal distribution and assistance with eating.
- Support residents in their daily and social activities.
- Report observations to the care team (oral and written reports).
- Ensure the well-being and safety of residents.
