Care and Support Assistant (ASA)
- CRS Health Assistant diploma or a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as Care and Support Assistant (ASA).
- Proven prior experience in a nursing home in Switzerland.
- Quick adaptability and team spirit.
- Sense of responsibility and empathy.
- You enjoy gently supporting residents, respecting their pace, and brightening their daily lives.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Contract: Permanent contract at 80%
- Start date: To be agreed
- Provide hygiene and comfort care to residents with gentleness and kindness.
- Participate in meal distribution and assistance with food intake.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of residents throughout your shift.
- Communicate observations to the care team (oral and written reports) to ensure continuity of care.
- Support residents in their daily and social activities to brighten their daily lives.
