• Diploma of ES Technician, Civil/Building Engineer or equivalent training.
• At least 5 years of experience in site management on structural work projects
• Solution-oriented person with a high level of initiative
• Autonomous, reliable and project-oriented

Your mission:

• Preparation of quotes, tenders, measurements and invoices, site monitoring and personnel management
• Participation in site meetings
• Client management
• Responsible for the quality, deadlines and costs of projects
• Planning and management of construction sites
• Development of construction methods
• Research of technical, innovative and efficient solutions
• Develop relationships with contractors and project owners

Required skills:

• Technical expertise in structural work / building (masonry, reinforced concrete)
• Planning, phasing of operations
• Priority management
• Good negotiation skills
• Team leader
• Proficiency in office software (MS-Project, Excel, Word, Internet)
• Knowledge of a site monitoring programme
