- Develop and manage your client portfolio
- Carry out measurements and prepare quotes / tenders
- Plan and coordinate teams on site
- Organise material orders and logistics
- Monitor work progress and quality of execution
- Control costs and site profitability
- Maintain a trusting relationship with clients and partners
Job requirements:
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a building painter or equivalent training
- Federal diploma (team leader / foreman): a real asset
- Proven experience in a technician or site manager role in painting
- Good knowledge of the construction market in French-speaking Switzerland
- Comfortable with client relations and negotiation
- Organised, autonomous and solution-oriented person
- Comfortable with IT tools and administrative follow-up
- Driving licence essential
