Company mainly active in watchmaking subcontracting, we produce ultra-precise microcomponents intended for the most prestigious brands. As part of our development, we are looking for a Management IT Specialist / ERP Developer to strengthen our team
Management IT Specialist at 80% (M/F)
Your mission
Reporting to management, you oversee the development, optimisation and technical support of our ERP system. You also ensure first-level IT maintenance for the company as well as monitoring best practices in cybersecurity.
ERP development and management (60%)
- Main contact: You are the direct point of contact with the proALPHA publisher and act as the guarantor of the platform's technical support.
- Programming: You take charge of and master the dedicated programming language of the tool to ensure evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the system.
- Analysis and integration: You analyse user needs, develop specific solutions or modules and automate recurring tasks.
- Planning: You configure and model resources as well as planning capacities within the tool.
IT support and maintenance (20%)
- External liaison: You are the reference contact and sole point of contact with our external IT provider.
- Internal support: You manage daily first-level IT support (hardware and software) for all employees.
- Infrastructure monitoring: You verify, in collaboration with the external provider, the proper functioning of the IT equipment, maintenance of basic infrastructures and compliance with cybersecurity rules by users.
- Operational security: You guarantee redundancy and strict execution of backups for production machines.
Your profile
- Education: Diploma in management IT, computer engineering or equivalent training.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of practical experience in the development and management of an industrial ERP.
- Technical skills: Mastery of ERP architectures (experience with proALPHA is a major asset).
o Proven skills in software development and database queries (SQL).
o Ability to quickly diagnose common faults and effectively manage interventions by the external provider (servers and networks).
- Languages: Good knowledge of English or German essential for technical exchanges and documentation follow-up.
- Required qualities: Analytical mind, rigour, autonomy, results orientation and strong user service sense.
